What the site records

This site has no accounts and no logins, and it does not run analytics. It is served by Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary server logs (your IP address, the page requested, the time) for a short period to keep the service running. The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for the font files; Google may record that request. We do not see either set of logs in any form that identifies you.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on Google. So that we can tell which advertisements actually bring enquiries, every page loads Google's advertising tag, which sets a cookie in your browser recording that you arrived from one of our advertisements and, if you later make an enquiry, that the advertisement led to it. Three things count as an enquiry: sending the quote form, tapping a WhatsApp link, and tapping a phone number.

What Google receives is that a click on an advertisement resulted in an enquiry. It does not receive your name, your number or anything you typed. If you arrived from an advertisement the landing address also carries a click reference and campaign tags; the page keeps those for the length of your visit and sends them with the quote form, so we can see which advertisement produced the enquiry. They identify the click, not you.

We also advertise on Facebook and Instagram, so every page loads Meta's advertising tag, known as the Meta pixel. It records that a page of this site was viewed, and sets a cookie so that a view can be matched to one of our advertisements if you saw or clicked one. Meta may also use it to show our advertisements to you elsewhere. The same three things that count as an enquiry for Google are reported to Meta as well, with a word saying which of the three it was — sending the form, tapping WhatsApp, or tapping the phone number. Meta is not sent your name, your number or anything else you typed. It handles what it collects under its own privacy terms.

You can refuse all of this by blocking cookies for this site in your browser, or by using a browser or extension that blocks advertising tags. The site works exactly the same either way — nothing on it depends on either tag.

When you tap WhatsApp or the phone number

Tapping a WhatsApp link, or tapping the phone number to ring us, tells the works that someone is asking — before any message or call arrives. What is sent is the page you tapped from, the time, and — if you came from one of our advertisements — the click reference. Your name and number are not sent, because you have not typed them; we only learn who you are if you go on to send the message or speak to us. Each of the two is sent at most once per browser per day, and blocking cookies or scripts for this site stops both.

The quote form

The only thing the site collects from you directly is what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, what you want, how many, where it is going and anything else you add. That is delivered to our email through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-delivery service, which handles it only to pass it on. Nothing is sent until you press the button.

When you contact us

Whether you use the form, message us on WhatsApp, ring the works or send an email, we keep what you send — your name, number, the site address and what you asked for — for as long as we need it to quote, make and deliver the order, and afterwards for our own accounts and tax records as the law requires. We use it for nothing else. We do not sell it, share it with anyone outside the works except a transporter who needs a delivery address, or add you to any mailing list.

WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own privacy terms, which apply to any message sent through it.

Your rights

Changes

If the site starts recording anything more than is described here, this page will say so before it does. The advertising tag described above was added on 22 September 2026; before that the site carried no tags at all. Notification of a tap on the phone number was added on 4 October 2026; before that only a tap on WhatsApp was notified. The Meta pixel described above was added on 11 October 2026, and began reporting enquiries to Meta the same day.
