This website

The site describes what Matrix Composites makes and how to reach us. It takes no orders and no payments. You are welcome to use it to see the range, and to save or print pages for your own purposes; the photographs and text are ours and are not to be reused elsewhere without asking.

Product information

Dimensions on the site are nominal. Concrete is cast in moulds and finished by hand, so a small variation in size, surface and colour from one piece to the next, and from the photographs, is normal and not a defect. Where a dimension matters for your installation, say so when you enquire and we will confirm it for the pieces we supply. Photographs show pieces we have made; a colour on screen will not match paint exactly.

Prices and orders

Nothing on the site is a price. A price is given only in a written quotation, by WhatsApp or email, for a stated product, quantity, colour and delivery place, and holds for the period stated on it. An order is placed when you confirm that quotation and is governed by it — including any advance, delivery and unloading arrangements it sets out. Where the quotation and this page differ, the quotation applies.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying what the quotation describes, in sound condition, to the place agreed. We are not responsible for how pieces are placed, fixed or used once delivered, or for damage to them after unloading. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Law

These terms and any order are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts at Chennai.
